Final Fantasy VIII - Refining Items and Magic

Refining Can be very useful, it enables you to create power fuller and more
useful items, which in turn cab be used in battle, for healing purposes, given
to characters for extras, used for weapon upgrades, refined into magic, which
then can be used to increase stats or help you out in battle. As you can see
lots of advantages. In order to use the refining options, you first need to
acquire a GF and learn his/hers ability. The abilities needed to refine are
