Square Enix have updated their E3 site with a section on Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core. On the site are two new images which feature Zack and Sephiroth. Square have also launched their official Crisis Core website.

At Square Enix's press conference at E3 in Los Angeles, the company officially announced Final Fantasy XIII for the PlayStation 3. Square Enix then proceeded to show a trailer from the game, in which a female protagonist is seen flying around a city.

A side story to DoC, Dirge of Cerberus Lost Episode - Final Fantasy VII, has been revealed on the Square Enix E3 website. This side story is to be released as a mobile phone game. Lost Episode is to release a missing chapter of the DoC series, featuring the "ProtoMateria".
