After you've bred some special Chocobos, you can reach the secret Materia Caves scattered across the world.  Each one contains a special Materia you won't find anywhere else in the world.

This cave can only be reached with a Gold Chocobo, but once you have the Knights of the Round Materia you'll know why.

You can reach this cave with a Green or a Blue Chocobo.
