Affiliation is basically a way to get more hits through other sites and a way to build a kind of trust and friendship. We as a site feel it is our role to help our affiliates as much as we can. We have a few rules on affiliation, but hits doesn't matter to us. We feel that every site grows in hits, no one starts at the top so it really doesn't matter. Here are some guidelines you will need to look at if you are applying, we feel they re important to us, and if you ignore them, then you many not get a email back... Requirements to affiliate with us:
Content
You must have a large supply of content or be at least working on lots, much like this site, If you have intentions to produce alot, then please tell us that, as we will not know if you only update your site very little. Also we feel that content has to be decent, not some little details about materia of FFVII for example only explaining where it can be found... This may seem a little harsh but lots of sites upload content and its all the same, We here like unique content. Also we will NOT affiliate with any site that has stolen content as this is cheating people.
Design and Content
We love unique designs, It doesn't matter to us about Site Optimization e.g.: size of images etc, we feel that is the layout is decent, then the site is worthy. Also lots of the population is now upgrading to broadband so large images doesn't really matter anymore. We will not affiliate with any site that steals other peoples designs.
Grammar
We as a site are getting more professional and with this we like paragraphs and grammar to sound appropriate for public viewing. Not everyone is perfect, but we feel that at least you can spell things properly. Slang like "u" and "yer m8, we r chillin init" is just childish and puts people off viewing the site.
After reading these guidelines, why not apply for affiliation. We take care too look at every email we receive and will try to get back to you as soon as possible with a response to whether you can be a affiliate or not. If you don't think you fill these requirements, then send us an email anyway, and we will see what we can do. |
